History
Victor's family was killed by a wendigo. He has met Sam and Dean previously while on a rugaru hunt in Spokane, Washington. Because Sam and Dean had never hunted a rugaru until 4.04 Metamorphosis, they had to have met Victor sometime after late 2008.
