This demon's demonic form
The trucker (who was possessed by a black-eyed demon)was the driver of a semi-truck which crashed into the Impala in 1.22 Devil's Trap. This was an attempt to kill John,Sam, and Dean Winchester, but it failed. In 2.01 In My Time Of Dying the trucker intended to finish off the Winchesters, but Sam was able to scare him away using the colt. Dean Winchester was fatally injured in the process but was brought back to life due to a deadly deal made by his father, John Winchester to Azazel that cost him his life. This deal also meant losing the Colt
