A black-eyed demon that is referred to by Azazel as one of his children, along with Meg.
Episodes
1.21 Salvation
Tom first appears along with the demon Meg in an old factory to negotiate the handover of the Colt from John Winchester. Meg describes him as "less fun than me." When John hands over the gun, Tom promptly shoots Meg with it (much to her surprise), and realizes that that the gun is a fake when it doesn't kill her. Furious, they both chase John out of the factory before being stopped behind a leaking pipe spilling holy water in their path. Tom catches John not long after, however, by telekinetically pinning him to a wall.
1.22 Devil's Trap
Tom takes John to the Sunrise Hotel where he is possessed by Azazel as part of an ambush plan. Sam and Dean learn the whereabouts of Tom and their father after torturing Meg. As they rescue John, Tom attacks Sam but is killed by Dean with the Colt. Later, when Azazel reveals himself to Sam and Dean, he is angered by Tom's death. When Dean taunts him over having killed Tom, Azazel telekinetically slashes Dean's abdomen, nearly killing him in retribution.
2.01 In My Time of Dying
Tom is mentioned by Azazel, who refers to Tom and Meg as "people very special to [him]" whom Dean has killed. For this, Azazel wants Dean dead almost as much as he wants the Colt.
