Todd is Jensen's stunt double. They also worked together on Dark Angel.

Todd also played a security guard in 4.05 Monster Movie.

In 5.04 The End, he stood in for Jensen in the scenes where Jensen was playing both Dean and Future!Dean. An actor had been hired to do this, but Jensen found him distracting, and Todd filled in instead.
