A threesome is three people in a collective romantic relationship or simply all in bed together. This may be any combination of sexes; three guys, three girls, two guys and a girl, two girls and a guy.
There are at least three canonical references to threesomes involving the Winchesters. In 1.19 Provenance, Dean is chatting up two women at a bar, and the next scene the following morning implies he spent the night with them. In 3.01 The Magnificent Seven, Dean may have been in a threesome in the opening scene as he later refers to spending time with the "Doublemint Twins". In 4.01 Lazarus Rising, when Dean flirts with Pamela Barnes, she turns to Sam and says "You're invited too grumpy". Dean hastily whispers "You are so not invited".
