This specific Siren was encountered by Sam and Dean in Bedford, Iowa.
It had been taking numerous victims before the boys arrived. Once it realized that it was being hunted, it targeted Dean and infects Dean with its poison. To do this, it had turned into an FBI agent named Nick and appeared to be a Metal/Rock enthusiast, gaining influence over Dean. Eventually the Siren convinces Dean that it should be Dean's brother, rather than Sam. By the time Sam returns to the hotel room, Dean is fully under the Siren's power and is prepared to kill Sam for the Siren. Th Siren then infects Sam and pits the brothers against each other. Bobby arrives just in time to stop the boys from killing each other. To do this, Bobby stabs Dean with a bronze knife to get Siren-Infected blood from Dean onto the blade. Bobby then stabs the Siren with the blade, killing it and releasing Sam and Dean from the Siren's spell.
