History

A tempter demon is a type of demon native to Apocalypse World; the alternate universe Earth where the Winchesters were never born and the planet has become a wasteland of warring angels and demons, with humanity caught in the middle.

Characteristics

Tempter demons have a humanoid form, which is offset by their pale skin, black eyes, pointed teeth, and four horns adorning their heads. Tempter demons appear to be very strong, as one was able to knock Castiel away with ease.

12.23 All Along the Watchtower

When Castiel first steps through the rip in space and time to an alternate universe Earth, he is met by a tempter demon who knocks him down. Before the tempter demon can finish its attack on Castiel it is shot in the back and killed by that Earth's version of Bobby Singer.

13.02 The Rising Son

A dead tempter demon can be seen among the dead bodies littering the landscape as Michael arrives to confront Lucifer.
