Teddy is a bear who lives in Concrete, Washington with Audrey Elmer.

At the wishing well at #1 Lucky Chin's restaurant in Concrete, Washington, Audrey wishes her teddy bear was "big, real, and talked." Unknown to her, Wes Mondale has used a Tiamat Talisman to make the wishing well real. Teddy does indeed come to life but as Audrey says he is "sad all the time... says weird stuff, and smells like the bus."
