Teddy is a bear who lives in Concrete, Washington with Audrey Elmer.

4.08 Wishful Thinking

At the wishing well at #1 Lucky Chin's restaurant in Concrete, Washington, Audrey wishes her teddy bear was "big, real, and talked". Unknown to her, Wes Mondale has used a Tiamat Talisman to make the wishing well real. Teddy does indeed come to life but as AUdrey says he is "sad all the time...says weird stuff, and smells like the bus."

Sam and Dean follow Audrey as she is returning booze and porn teddy has stolen from a local store. Claiming to be Teddy Bear Doctors, they convince Audrey to show them Teddy bear, who is drunk and in the middle of what is obviously an existential crisis. Sam and Dean tell Audrey he has "Lollipop Disease" and as its contagious she should go and stay with a neighbour.

Later Teddy scrawls "Life is meaningless" on the blackboard in his room, and shoots himself through the ehad with a shotgun. To his dismay he does nto die.

After Sam and Dean destroy the Tiamat Talisman, Teddy returns to his normal plane of existence as a stuffed bear.
