No, it's not. Mainly because Raphael, Michael and Gabriel's pages are also set up that way.

Is the History section too detailed? I think most of the info is in the individual episode sections.
I have a question
This is a good question. I have no idea - I guess we need to answer this with a good rewatch of the episodes in question. I will change the entries to the possibility of Zachariah being an archangel, so we can come back to it and resolve the problem.

Zachariah is not an archangel. He is just a more powerful angel than Castiel, and is higher ranked.

to save repetition and because nall the angels have similar abilities, i have removed this bit from the page and redirected readers to Angel Lore where this is documented in more detail.--Missyjack 22:40, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
Removed statement "* It seems whenever Zachariah makes an appearance, most of the time the scene takes on a more bleak coloration untill he disappears." I can't find any evidence for this. The only time saturation changes is in 4.17 It's A Terrible Life, when the "alternative universe" Zachariah has created is shown in vivid saturated colours - similiar to what we saw employed in the Wish Verse of 2.20 What Is and What Should Never Be - and the color palate returns to normal when Zachariah ends the illusion. --Missyjack 04:33, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
- That might've been referring to the bit in Lucifer Rising where the overall color goes from a brightish gold to a dimmer green while Zachariah's explaining how the angels in charge want the apocalypse. There's a picspam somewhere to illustrate this but I can't remember where. —EllieMurasaki 14:51, 18 February 2010 (UTC)
removed reference to Raphael saying he has greater powers than Zach, Raphael actually says "he doesn't have anything close to my imagination" in reference to "imaginative" ways to torture Dean. --Missyjack 06:33, 27 December 2009 (UTC)
Sera Gambel confirmed here http://www.winchesterbros.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=4924&Itemid=1 that the four archangels were Lucifer, Michael, Raphael and Gabriel
Zachariah told Dean and Sam that his true angelic form has four different angelic faces and six wings. This statement is very ironic, mainly because this statement contradicts the pic that was recently posted on his page. This particular pic illustrates that he has two wings opposed to six. I apologize for posting this, I may just be thinking theoretically.

In apocryphal Christian lore, at the top seat of the angels are the ones called Seraphim. Their job is to watch over God's throne and shout his praise to the universe. They have six wings, two to cover their face, two to cover their bodies and two to fly by. There are some mention of them having multiple or different heads, one of which is an eagle. Now what's even more interesting is that Cherubim have four faces, an ox, a lion, a man and an eagle but only have four wings. They are the guys with the firey swords that watch over the Garden of Eden. Zachariah mentions one of his heads is that of a lion. Seraph or Cherub, I think the writers just took cool pieces of mythology and gave them to the angels as drama dictated. Nihilistic_Zealot 1:23am, 24 April 2010
I do believe that Zachariah is a Seraph. Speculation: We all agree that there were only two wings imprinted on the floor in the Green Room, correct? I speculate that this is because: Seraphim’s has two wings to cover their bodies, two wings to cover their feet and two for flying. I have depicted from the information above that Zach only imprinted two wings instead of six.... This could be because he only uses two of the six of his wings to fly. The other four wings help him cloak (hide) his true angelic embodiment. So logically, the other four wings wouldn't appear, for Zach died inside of his Vessel, and not in his True Angelic Form.

Edited to make clear that Zachariah's in realtion to Dean and the APocalypse were udner Micahel's direction. --Missyjack 02:40, 19 June 2010 (UTC)
I find it hard to fathom that Zachariah, the great Seraph, was killed with a Normal Angel Killing Blade. Does this seem odd to you guys too? I mean, I didn't like Zachariah's attitude (some Supernatural fans refer to him as the "prick angel" because of his rude stature and petty nature), but how could a "normal angel killing blade" work on him? -- GrammarKing, June 19th 2010
He was, in fact, an angel so he could be killed by an angel blade. He was preoccupied with Dean's request that Michael kill him before he said yes. Dean was able to get the jump on him.--Frankrizzo51 21:57, 7 August 2011 (UTC)
Simple. He was an angel, not an archangel. And I think that all references to Zachariah being a seraph should be removed. He is never in the series called the seraph and as this discussion page shows, his true form is a composite of a seraph and a cherub.Anonymius 12:03, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
Ironically enough, Zachariah was originally believed to have been an archangel by many fans, but further information has proved otherwise. He held dissatisfaction for humans, also encompassing his own vessel.
Zachariah as a Cherub
I'm fairly positive that Zachariah is actually a member of the First Sphere known as the Cherubim, not a Seraph. Seraph's have six wings, but Cherubs are described in the book of Ezekiel as having four faces, man, lion, ox, and eagle. And as he is beneath the true archangels, Michael, Lucifer, Gabriel, and Raphael, then it seems more likely that he would be a Cherub, for the true archangels are closest to God and are considered to be the Seraphs of the First Sphere. Cherubs represent the lowest rung of the First Sphere, below the Ophanim which guard the throne of God, and the Seraphim which surround Him and sing his praises.
