Knights of Hell?
I'm see-sawing on whether Ruby's knife should be listed as a possible weakness or a definite weakness. On-screen, all her encounters with the knife would suggest that she was vulnerable to it since she always avoided getting stabbed with it, even after Alastair survived it, when it would have helped Ruby's case to Sam that only his powers could kill Lilith if Lilith had allowed herself to get stabbed in fact of him and survived. On the other hand, the fact that Alastair (and other demons of similar status to Lilith, like Abaddon and Cain) survived it when he was weaker than her would suggest that she didn't have anything to worry about. After all, she was said to be immune to holy water when Alastair was not and showed a far greater resistance to Sam's powers than Alastair did, establishing a pattern of Lilith having greater resilience in general than Alastair; it would follow that she be even more resilient to the knife than he, possibly on par with Cain's total immunity. It's also possible that neither Ruby nor Lilith knew for certain that she would survive it, and weren't taking any chances that she would be killed before Sam could kill her. But it's also possible that while they can often be gauged by general grouping (e.g. eye color or rank), demons' individual weaknesses vary as much as their power levels and Lilith could in theory be more susceptible to one thing (i.e. Ruby's knife) than other demons (i.e. Alastair, Abaddon, Cain) while more resilient to others (i.e. holy water, Sam's powers). The problem is that all this is speculation. I'd like for other users to help me settle this. What should Lilith's susceptibility to the knife be listed as? A definite weakness (based solely on her on-screen actions and reactions) or only a possible weakness (based on analysis of equal and lesser demons' resilience to it while also taking into account her on-screen actions and reactions)?--Tay (talk) 14:32, 14 March 2014 (PDT)
: I put an "assumption" next to Ruby's knife. That should suffice. Mikael (talk)

The trivia section says that Lilith is likely a Knight of Hell, but Cain said that he killed all of them except Abaddon. So isn't it impossible for Lilith to be one? Or did I miss something?

That's my bad; I put that in on the assumption that Lilith must have been a Knight because she met all the criteria and since Abaddon was alive, other Knights might have survived the purge as well. Of course, this was all before Cain announced he'd killed all the rest. Thanks for pointing this out; I'll remove it now.--Tay (talk) 19:30, 7 May 2014 (PDT)
