I added Omro, Wisconsin to 1.03. The original location was just "Someplace in Wisconsin", while the new location (Omro) has a motel (the Omro Motel) that is not only a Sam and Dean Special, but is also about 2 miles from the shores of Lake Buttes Des Mort - "The Hill of the Dead". Seems like as good a fictional Wisconsin location as any.
