I can't find any reference to where the amult is said to have ani-demon possession posers. PLease refer to who said this, and in which episode. --Missyjack 15:32, 14 December 2011 (PST)/admin

Revising

After reading through this article, I think it could use some revising for style and for clarity. There's some phrasing that is confusing as well as citations that are in-line and also relegated to the references section. There should be something uniform, but I'm not finding a consistent style throughout this wiki. Would there be any objection if I revised this article completely? matrael 19:43, 2 September 2011 (UTC)

Dean throwing away the amulet

It isn't stated why Dean threw away the amulet. Indeed it has been interpreted to mean Dean putting faith behind, not about the bond between him and Sam being broken.Anonymius 11:49, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

Vortex on the Amulet's forehead

This would be a reference to the open "third eye" of one who can see the supernatural forces which are hidden to most others.

The third eye (also known as the inner eye) is a mystical and esoteric concept referring in part to the ajna (brow) chakra in certain spiritual traditions. It is also spoken of as the gate that leads within to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. In New Age spirituality, the third eye may alternately symbolize a state of enlightenment or the evocation of mental images having deeply personal spiritual or psychological significance. The third eye is often associated with visions, clairvoyance (which includes the ability to observe chakras and auras),[1] precognition, and out-of-body experiences. People who have allegedly developed the capacity to utilize their third eyes are sometimes known as seers. -http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third_eye

The Chakras are said to be "force centers" or whorls of energy permeating, from a point on the physical body, the layers of the subtle bodies in an ever-increasing fan-shaped formation. Rotating vortices of subtle matter, they are considered the focal points for the reception and transmission of energies. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chakra --Prophit1970 01:41, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
