In 5.14 My Bloody Valentine Cupid's Vessel was not mentioned or seen. This is Wiki speculation, so I won't post this on his BIO page, at least for now. We could assume that Cupids just automatically manifest when they arrive on Earth, without needing to take over a human.

I think it would be fine to add something like "It is unclear whether Cupid requires a human vessel." Its an interesting point of angel lore. --Missyjack 21:26, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
I kind of figured he did the same thing Castiel seems to have done: found a suitable vessel and persuaded him to consent, with trips backward in time if necessary. This doesn't explain the naked bit, though. —EllieMurasaki 02:39, 16 February 2010 (UTC)

I think it's made perfectly clear that unlike other angels, cupids do not need a vessel. What he just found some naked guy instantly who agreed to be his vessel? He is described as manifesting himself. Cupids appear to be very different compared to other angels (For example, being more emotional).Anonymius 19:52, 30 June 2010 (UTC)

Didn't Castiel describe 'cupid' as a race, not a single person?Anonymius 19:53, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
