CROWLEY: Castiel, haven’t seen you all season. You the cavalry now?

6.10 marks the first time since 5.21 where Castiel and Crowley was in the same scene. This sort of goes along the same lines as 'Must be Thursday.' Any fourth wall breaking references.

I didn't think anything about it until I saw the whole Misha crying in 6.15 referencing what he said in a Convention. Misha also said in a convention that Cas was going to prove to Dean that Angels aren't Junkless. The whole Cas getting a stiffy, is proving to Dean.
