Support Supernatural
Heather and Lindsay co-founded www.SupportSupernatural.com immediately when there was fear that Supernatural would be cancelled after the 2nd season concluded. After the show was renewed “Save Supernatural” evolved into “Support Supernatural.” The goal of the website is to promote Supernatural while also helping charities - primarily A Dog's Life Rescue.
Their first fundraiser aimed to raise $500 each for The Humane Society of the United States and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals in the name of Jared and his dogs - the goal was reached in early September - the fundraiser continues until November 2008.
In 2008, the group raised over $6,000 for charity, in 2009 over $18,000, over $30,000 in 2010 and reached their $30,000 goal in 2011.
