Fire! A fan on the Supernatural Location tour reports that Russ Hamilton received a call that there was a fire on the Supernatural backlot:
Russ thinks they lost their favourite bar to film in, and the pizzaria that Dean met Death in. A lot of the brownstones that looked like New York as well.
Supernatural WASN’T filming there at the time. It was a small production Bollywood film. Source
The extent of the damage top sets is unknow, but local news stations report that no-one was injured. source
