Rick Carnegie is the sheriff in Canton, Ohio. When confronted by the bizarre deaths of his citizens - one of them dies of car crash injuries while parked and another is killed by what appears to have been Abraham Lincoln - he desperately attempts to explain away the odd circumstances to Sam, Dean and himself. The kidnapping of a girl by what is described as Paris Hilton then baffles him, and he is unable to find a rationalization.
