Bobby is knocked out by Castiel in their first meeting.

Sedation is the ability of angels to render someone unconscious. This ability also extends to Nephilim.

Episodes

4.01 Lazarus Rising

Bobby attempts to sneak up on Castiel, after Dean has stabbed in the chest. Without looking, Castiel grabs Bobby's weapon and uses it to swing him around. He then touches Bobby on the forehead with two fingertips, causing Bobby to be rendered unconscious and crumple to the ground.

4.10 Heaven and Hell

When Castiel and Uriel meet resistance in their attempt to take Anna Milton, Castiel touches Sam's forehead, causing him to fall to the ground.

After Michael kills Anna, Mary questions him about what he has done to John. Michael in turn touches Mary's forehead, causing her to fall unconscious to the ground, in order to talk to Dean alone.

Ketch's hunt for Lucifer brings him to Missouri, where he crosses paths with the Winchesters and Castiel. He tells them he is going after Lucifer for the good of humanity; the Winchesters don't buy his reasoning and upon Ketch offering a team-up to go after Lucifer, his proposal is rejected by Castiel who renders him unconscious with a touch to the forehead.
