History
Samuel Colt constructed the Colt and designed the Devil's Gate in Wyoming. In 1835, he makes the Colt that can kill anything for "a hunter". The Devil's Gate and The Colt are linked and work together, the gun serving as the key to the gate.
Notes
- Samuel does not actually appear on the show, but is mentioned in 1.20 Dead Man's Blood and 2.22 All Hell Breaks Loose: Part Two as the maker of incredibly powerful magical artifacts.
In History
Samuel Colt was a historical person, best known for inventing a functional design for a gun that could shoot multiple times before having to be reloaded. He was highly influential in the munitions industry and was a noted inventor and investor.
