Episodes
1.01 Pilot
Dean is arrested for impersonating a U.S. Marshal and using fake credit cards. The police also find John's journal and accuse Dean and John of having something to do with the missing men. Dean escaped thanks to a spare paperclip used to pick the handcuffs and a fake 911 call placed by Sam.
1.07 Hook Man
Dean and Sam are caught ghost hunting. Dean convinces the cops to drop the charges because he was just hazing Sam "the dumb ass pledge."
2.07 The Usual Suspects
Dean is arrested on suspicion of murder and then held because of the murders in Saint Louis, Sam is arrested for being an accomplice. Detective Pete Sheridan decides Dean will make a great fall guy to take the blame for the murders he committed. He intends to kill Dean while transporting him to Saint Louis. Dean escapes when Sam arrives with Detective Diana Ballard, who shoots Sheridan. Sam & Dean decide to go out for pea soup.
2.19 Folsom Prison Blues
While "robbing" a museum, Sam & Dean "accidentally" trip a motion detector. They have intentionally gotten caught so they will be sent to Green River County Detention Center. An old friend of John's is the prison warden there and is convinced the place is haunted.
3.12 Jus in Bello
Sam and Dean are chasing Bela who has stolen the Colt. She sends in a tip to the FBI in order to get them off her case. The jail is soon surrounded by demons determined to kill them both. With the help of Victor Henriksen, Deputy Phil Amici, and Nancy Fitzgerald they manage to fight and exorcise all the demons. Henriksen decides to let Sam & Dean go by reporting that they've died in the helicopter explosion.
4.12 Criss Angel Is a Douchebag
Jay has Sam and Dean arrested after they break into his hotel room. After Charlie the Magician is murdered, Jay drops the charges and asks for their help.
5.15 Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid
Sam and Dean track a zombie who has killed someone in Bobby's hometown. They find the recently not-so-dead man living peacefully with his family but decide to kill him anyway. Sheriff Mills arrives before Dean can shoot and arrests them for attacking a tax paying citizen of her town, even though she knows he's supposed to be dead. Bobby arrives at the jail and talks Sheriff Mills into letting them go.
6.09 Clap Your Hands If You Believe...
Several people in a town have been abducted by what seems to be the fairy folk. Dean is being followed and attacks someone he assumes is a malevolent fairy. It turns out the man is a little person (who also happens to be the District Attorney) and Dean is arrested for committing a hate crime. He is released after the District Attorney decides to drop the charges.
6.13 Unforgiven
Deputy Atkins arrests Sam when he returns to Bristol, Rhode Island. Sam had forgotten that he assaulted Atkins a year ago when he and Samuel were there on a hunt. Brenna Dobbs releases Sam so he can help her find her missing husband.
7.06 Slash Fiction
Sam and Dean are copied by Leviathans. Their Leviathan clones then go on a widely televised killing spree. The real Sam & Dean are captured while looking for the clones. While they are in jail, the clones attack trying to kill them. The sheriff sees Leviathan!Dean eat one of his deputies while he knows the real Dean is still locked up. He agrees to help Sam & Dean and they manage to kill the Leviathan clones. Sheriff Osborne agrees to let Sam & Dean go while using the dead Leviathan clones to back up a claim that the real Sam & Dean have been killed (again).
7.12 Time After Time
Dean unexpectedly finds himself in 1944 after unknowingly jumping Chronos, the Egyptian god of time. He runs out into the street while brandishing a gun and is arrested for suspicious behavior. He is released when Eliot Ness interrogates him and it is discovered that they are both hunters.
10.22 The Prisoner
Tracking the Styne Family to Shreveport, Louisiana, Dean is accosted by the police who smash the Impala's taillight and arrest him under the orders of Monroe Styne. Dean breaks free and forces the sheriff to tell him where he can find the Stynes.
11.17 Red Meat
After Dean is revived from overdosing in order to talk with the reaper Billie, Sheriff Ben Anderson immediately places him under arrest for consuming a felony's worth of Schedule IV drugs and for assaulting him (a police officer) earlier. However, Michelle Tilghman releases Dean who tries to leave the Urgent Care Center to find Sam.
12.08 LOTUS
After getting Lucifer out of President Jefferson Rooney, Sam and Dean stay behind to check on him as Castiel takes Kelly Kline away. Unbeknownst to the Winchesters, the effects of Castiel's altering of a Secret Service agent's mind wears off, and agents soon kick down the door and place Sam and Dean in custody.
12.09 First Blood
After being arrested for the attempted assassination of President Jefferson Rooney, Sam and Dean are transported to a government black site known as Site 94, located somewhere in the Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. Sam and Dean spend over six weeks in solitary confinement, before Dean breaks and makes contact with the reaper Billie, and makes a deal with her to aid in their escape. Billie temporarily stops Sam and Dean's hearts, allowing them to be resurrected in the facilities morgue, which allows them to escape.
