Sam's Memory Box

In 11.11 Into the Mystic, [Dean]] remarks how great the retirement home they are visiting looks and jokingly suggests they make a reservation. Sam replies "We should be lucky to live long enough." However, at the end of the case, Sam takes a brochure for the home and places it in a wooden box.

Other contents of the box include:

• Photo of Sam, Dean and Mary Winchester. This photo found by the Stynes when they ransacked the Bunker in 10.22 The Prisoner. Sam rescued it, and used it when he confronted Dean as he was about to kill Sam in 10.23 Brother's Keeper.
• Photo of teenage Sam and Dean. This photo was [created using actual childhood photos of Jared and Jensen.
• The stage prop version of Dean's Amulet which was used in Supernatural: The Musical. Marie gave it to Dean at the end of the case.
• A green plastic army man like the one Sam had crammed in the ashtray of the Impala when he was a kid.
• An old Zippo lighter.
• A baseball.
• A pack of playing cards.
• A pocket knife.
• A child's drawing.
• A man's ring.
• Other identified photos.
