The production company made the following announcement: "Clipremiere Events are going to refund you the money for Salvation Con, so don't worry or freaking out about that. The following days, starting this next week we're going to refund you the money and also send you an email. We're working in other events that fortunately are working better than this one (not only the other conventions, but other events that we will announce)."
 
As of April 2011, many fans had not received any refund and formed a facebook group to support each other and share information: [https://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_140139199390722&ap=1 Facebook page].<br>
As of June 2013, there has STILL been absolutely no word on refunds, and any attempt to contact the organizer results in her closing that email/account/profile.

Salvation Con will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, and the official date has been released: 22nd to 24th April 2011.
