In 2007 the unnamed sailor's ghost reappears, first taking the life of Sheila Case who killed her cousin in the car accident, and the Warren brothers, who murdered their father for the inheritance. Just as the spirit was about to take the life of Bela Talbot, Sam performs a ritual that summons the Sailor's brother, the Sailor's Ghost charges accuses his brother and charges him, causing the two to dissolve into screams, and a splash of water.
