Rose or Rosie is the baby from 1.21 Salvation (episode).
The Demon cames to kill her mother on her 6 month birthday (like most of the other known PsyKids), but is prevented from doing so by Sam and Dean.
Her possible psychic abilities are unknown as yet, although her mother says "...she never cries. She just stares at everybody. Sometimes she looks at you and I swear it’s – it’s like she’s reading your mind.".
