- Rosie is one of the Special Children parents are Monica Holt amd Charile Holt
- Rose or Rosie is the baby from 1.21 Salvation (episode).
- The Demon comes to kill her mother on her 6 month birthday (like most of the other known Special Children), but is prevented from doing so by Sam and Dean.
- Her possible psychic abilities are unknown as yet, although her mother says "...she never cries. She just stares at everybody. Sometimes she looks at you and I swear it’s – it’s like she’s reading your mind."
