Robert Berens joined the Supernatural writing team in season nine, and currently serves as an executive story editor. He had previously worked on the animated series Kappa Mikey before being hired for the CW series Ringer, which was created by former Supernatural writers/co-executive producers Eric Charmelo and Nicole Snyder.
