Origin
Richard and Amy Milton were the parents of Anna Milton their only child called their "miracle" because until Anna, Amy was infertile. Anna was reborn as their child after she removed her Grace, and fell from Heaven. Richard was a church deacon; however, mail addressed to him has the honorific "Rev." Dean and Sam go to their house to investigate, and find Mr. and Mrs. Milton dead on the floor. Dean and Sam find some traces of sulfur near their bodies.4.09 I Know What You Did Last Summer They then go to Richard Milton's church, where they find Anna.
