Dean and Portia approach Phillippe to investigate if Portia's master, James was being targeted by another witch in the community but Phillippe denies knowing anything about the situation. Knowing that he needed to go after Spencer arrived, Phillippe gives a flirtatious look to Dean, transforms into a black cat and leaves.
Later on, knowing that Phillippe is involved with why he's murdering people, James confronts him and asks to know why. Phillippe explains that, although he was against it, he was ordered to by Spencer. After Spencer arrives, he telekinetically snaps Phillippe's neck, thus killing him.
