Dick Roman asks PEte to oversee Charlie's work, while she tries to decrypt Frank Devereaux's hard drive. When he takes a break in the parking garage to have a cigarette Roman confronts him with Tarrell, one of his minions. Tarrell then proceeds to take on Pete's form before eating him. Now disguised as Pete, the Leviathan tries to keep an eye on Charlie when she's hacking into the hard drive.
Later, as Charlie tries to escape from the building after erasing the info on the hard drive, Pete attempts to stop her. Bobby appears and throws him, breaking Charlie's arm by accident. Then, Dean and Sam burst in and toss some borax on Pete.
