Have you forgotten the lifespan of your average hook up?
Sam Winchester's penis has been dubbed the "Peen Of Death" due to the propensity for the women Sam has sex with to end up dead (although not from the actual act itself). The term was coined after Sam shot Madison in 2.17 Heart. Both Amy Pond and Sarah Blake, who were only kissed, prove any close proximity to the peen can be fatal!
It also spawned the fannish axiom "Sleep with Sam Winchester and die!" This is also the name of the Sam forum on Television Without Pity
