Pamela is a powerful psychic and an old friend of Bobby's. She conducts a seance to try and find what rescued Dean from Hell. In the process she sees Castiel's true face, and it burns her eyes and blinds her.
She has a tattoo on her lower back, saying "Jesse Forever" - when Dean asks her about it she claims that "it wasn't forever".
