Pamela is a powerful psychic and an old friend of Bobby's. She has a tattoo on her lower back, saying "Jesse Forever" - when Dean asks her about it she claims that "it wasn't forever". She flirts with both Sam and Dean and repeatedly comments on the firmness of Sam's ass.

4.01 Lazarus Rising

Bobby brings Sam and Dean to Pamela in an attempt to conducts a seance to try and find what rescued Dean from Hell.

Pamela: I invoke, conjure, and command you, appear unto me before this circle.

(a television flicks on to static; she continues)
I invoke, conjure, and command... Castiel? No. Sorry, Castiel, I don't scare easy.

Dean: Castiel?

Pamela: Its name. It's whispering to me, warning me to turn back.
(white noise and static continues, and the table begins to shake)

Bobby: Maybe we should stop.

In the process she sees Castiel's true face, and it burns her eyes and blinds her.

4.10 Heaven And Hell

The boys call on Pamela, now blind and wearing white artificial eyes, to help unravel Anna Milton's past. With Pamela's help {anna]] remembers that she was once an angel who chose to become mortal. Given her experience with Castiel, Pamela is unnerved at being around an angel and leaves.

4.15 Death Takes A Holiday

Sam and Dean enlist Pamela's help to cross them into the spirit realm so the can find out what happened to the reaper which has disappeared. While keeping vigil over their bodies, Pamela is attacked and stabbed by a demon. She manages to pull Sam back into his body and he exorcises the demon. Pamela appears okay as there are no reapers in the town, but when Tessa is released she dies. After saying that they should tell Bobby to go to Hell for introducing her to the Winchesters, with her last breath she warns Sam that what he is doing with his powers is not good.
