History
The woman that the demon possessed was a nurse.
Appearance
5.21 Two Minutes to Midnight
This demon was stationed at Serenity Valley Convalescent Home where she served Pestilence. She alerts Pestilence to Sam and Dean's presence. Pestilence embraces her, and then activeates his Ring, despite knowing Lucifer wants Sam and Dean alive. As they are stricken with sickness caused by the ring, the nurse drags them into Celeste's room for Pestilence. She is killed by Castiel with Ruby's Knife after he has used it to remove Pestilence's ring.
Trivia
The nurse's name is listed on IMDB as Palomino although it is not heard in the episode.
