History
Origin
A police officer visits a decimated structure, surveying the area. During his search, a dead flower mysteriously blooms at the presence of a God. Then suddenly, this God appears and converses with him, eventually killing the officer. Mercury re-builds the decimated building, creating a modernized hotel called Elysian Fields Hotel. His activities and contributions include managing the guests, sighing them in or out. At Kali's request, he retrieves blood samples of Dean and Sam, and gives them to Kali.
Powers and Abilities
- Mercury can move or exercise at incredible speeds and velocities. He can move his body at such great speeds that the human eye cannot perceive him.
- His reflexes, agility and reaction time seem to be greatly enhanced as well.
- Mercury's strength greatly exceeds the strength of humans.
Notes
- Mercury is the god who called Lucifer and told him to come to the hotel.
Mercury in Lore
- Mercury was a messenger, and a god of sex, the son of Maia Maiestas and Jupiter in Roman mythology. Note, however, in lore, the gods of Olympus detest human sacrifice, whereas Mercury is seen with the other gods eating humans.
