Inside it is obviously the place has been long abandoned. Mary finds the file she is looking for and John finds his father's locker with some possessions in it. History

The Men of Letters Clubhouse is located in Lawrence, Kansas.[1] It appears to have been abandoned since the Men of Letters were wiped out in 1957 by Joan Hopkins. The Clubhouse is opened by a key (with an anti-possession charm attached to it) that John Winchester was given, along with a letter from his father on where to locate the clubhouse.
