Mark Campbell is a hunter, and a distant cousin related to Sam and Dean's mother Mary's side of the family.

When Dean is attacked by a Djinn, Sam rescues him and reveals he has been back from Hell for a year and hunting with cousins Gwen Campbell, Christian Campbell, Mark Campbell, and grandfather Samuel Campbell. The Campbells go back to the house Dean is sharing with Lisa and Ben to catch the Djinn, but when they realise the Djinn are watching the house, Dean suggests they need to leave so the Djinn will attack.
6.02 Two and a Half Men
Mark is at the compound with Samuel, Christian, and Gwen when Dean and Sam arrive with the baby Shapeshifter. According to Samuel, Christian and his wife, Arlene, have been trying for a baby. Christian agrees to take in and raise the baby Shapeshifter, however, the Alpha Shapeshifter appears, overpowers them, and takes the baby back. During the fight against the Alpha Shapeshifter, Mark stabs it in the heart with a Silver knife. The wound has no effect; it snaps Mark's neck and thus kills him.
