History
Leticia Gore was a woman who ran an orphanage. She was believed to have murdered her son, brutally scalping him and three other children, then killed herself, but in truth the other children killed her son and she killed them, then herself. For 100 years, there were sightings of Leticia and the truth about what had happened was not known while Leticia kept the spirits of the children from attacking anyone.

5.09 The Real Ghostbusters
On the 100 year anniversary, the first ever Supernatural convention was held in the Pineview Hotel that used to be her orphanage. Leticia attacked the guests, trying to scare them away. Sam, Dean, Demian and Barnes were led by the ghost of one of the children to the cemetery where she and the children were buried. While she attacked Demian and Barnes, Dean burned her bones, putting her to rest but unknowingly releasing the children to cause mayhem.
