History
Kim Schortz was a grief counselor at Linwood Memorial Hospital in Randolph, New York. She approaches Dean sometime after his arrival with Sam, she tries to get Dean to talk with her about the inevitable -- that Sam will soon die, telling Dean the only way Sam will be saved is if he has a direct line to angels. Dean soon leaves her slightly befuddled as he realizes he has Crowley, the King of Hell in his trunk.
Sometime later Kim is possessed by an unknown angel, she and another angel attack Dean and try to make him give up the location of Castiel, threatening to torture Sam in the process. As the angel accompanying Kim begins to take an axe to Sam's hospital door, destroying the warding on the door, Dean has drawn an angel banishing sigil and sends them away.
