History
Jules is an Apocalypse World refugee who becomes a hunter after following the Winchesters back through the portal to Lebanon, Kansas.

14.03 The Scar
Jules arrives at the Bunker looking for help, explaining to Sam that her recent hunt involved a witch and how Lora was the only survivor of three girls held captive. She reveals that once the witch was killed, Lora's hand began rapidly aging. When Castiel is unable to heal her, he works with Jules to attempt to fix Lora. Using the White Magic Lexicon on Rowena's suggestion, Jules and Castiel perform a reversal spell which ends up accelerating the curse on Lora, leading to her death. When Jack realizes that a necklace is what was cursed, he has Jules and Castiel take him to the witch's body where he destroys the necklace and revives Lora, allowing Jules to return Lora to her mother.
14.13 Lebanon
Sam mentions that Castiel and Jack are on a hunt with Jules and her crew, and suggests that when they return they can help with cataloging the magical items the boys have recovered.
14.19 Jack in the Box
Following Mary Winchester's death, Jules is one of the hunters to attend her memorial at the Bunker. During the memorial, a wraith disguised as a hunter is suddenly killed by Bobby Singer. Jules leaves shortly afterwards after saying goodbye to Dean.
15.02 Raising Hell
Jules is one of the hunters who responds to Sam's call for help in Harlan, Kansas. She lets the Winchesters know there is a problem after Francis Tumblety and two other ghosts begin trying to use two possessed townspeople as leverage.
15.18 Despair
Jules is one of the hunters taking refuge in the silo with Sam. When everyone starts to vanish, Jules tries to make a run for it but is erased from existence as well.
15.19 Inherit the Earth
When Jack brings back everyone Chuck snapped away, this presumably includes Jules.

- Catherine Lough Haggquist previously played Detective Glass in 8.08 Hunteri Heroici.
- Writer Robert Berens confirmed that Jules is named after the Supernatural Wiki admin, Jules Wilkinson. In 14.13 Lebanon, Sam suggests she can help with cataloging items - an oblique reference to the Supernatural Wiki.
- This is the second character to be named for her, the first being Julia Wilkinson created by Adam Glass in 9.17 Mother's Little Helper.
