Episodes
8.20 Pac-Man Fever
Jennifer's son has begun to kill, and the bodies are discovered. So, Jennifer uses her position to cover them up, again burning the remains. When Dean and Charlie visit the morgue to investigate, she refuses to let them see the body without a chain of custody form. Since they failed to convince her, Dean decides to return that night to break in. They return that night with Sam. However, Jennifer arrives, so Charlie distracts her by asking her for a copy of the paperwork they need and fashion advice. Charlie distracts Jennifer long enough for Sam and Dean to learn that she burned the bodies on the orders of the CDC.
Jennifer follows the scent of Charlie's fear to her apartment and kidnaps her, taking her to a warehouse she owns. Jennifer reveals she also smelled fear on Dean, and that there is enough fear in Charlie "to feed two," before driving Charlie into a nightmare state. Sam and Dean arrive and kill Jennifer with a silver knife dipped in lamb's blood. Sam administers the antidote to djinn poison to Charlie, but it has no effect. Realizing from Dean's own experience with a djinn that Charlie will be stuck in a loop in a dream-like state, Dean uses African Dream Root to enter Charlie's mind to break her out of the loop.
While Dean is asleep, Sam is attacked by Jennifer's son, but he manages to kill him.
