|text= People don't need to pray to me or to sacrifice to me. They just need to know that I'm already a part of them and to trust in that. I won't be hands on. Chuck put himself in the story. That was his mistake. But I learned from you and my mother and Castiel that... that… when people have to be their best... , they can be. be… And that's what to believe in. Well... , I'm really as close as this. Goodbye.

After Dean arrives in [[Heaven]], he is greeted by [[Bobby Singer]] much to Dean's surprise as Bobby has been locked up in Heaven's prison ever since he helped to bust out [[Metatron]]. Bobby explains that before Jack went off to "wherever," he released Bobby from prison and "set some things right," reshaping Heaven with Castiel's help after presumably bringing him back from [[the Empty]]. Thanks to Jack, the souls of Heaven are no longer forced to relive their memories for eternity and the walls separating them have been torn down, allowing the souls to exist together. Bobby calls it what Heaven is supposed to be.
