It is often used at the end of long, serious discussions. The subtext is that while fans can and do think serious and weighty thoughts, in the end it's really all about porn.
The probable origin of the phrase is from Movies in 15 minutes by cleolinda. In her reworking of the movie Troy, she used the phrase "Cousin. He's my cousin. Cousin. Totally my cousin. In conclusion: Cousin." and variations thereof. The phrase referred to the fact that in the movie Achilles and Patroclus are portrayed only as cousins, whereas it is widely held that they were lovers.
