Gris-gris bag
A modern term for a small cloth bag people carry for good luck or to ward off evil. It usually contains a mixture of one or more of the following: herbs, oils, stones, bones, hair, nails, or other personal items. In New Orleans, the traditional headquarters of American Voodoo, many people carry gris-gris bags for protection but they can also be used to cause someone bad luck.

While visiting a Precious Pawn pawn shop, the owner, Terry, shows the Winchesters a gris-gris bag amongst his one-of-a-kind collection. After killing him, Sam and Dean take the gris-gris bag along with the rest of Terry's collection of occult objects to the Men of Letters Bunker.
