- Anna Milton tells Dean that only four angels have seen God. 4.10 Heaven And Hell In other words God's True Face has been truly reveled to only four of his angels. Michael, Lucifer, Gabriel and Raphael are the four angels that have seen God.

The term "God" is used in Supernatural to refer to the Judeo-Christian deity. Not much is known about God in Supernatural Canon, however it is known that God began all sources of life 5.02 Good God Y'All, according to Castiel, and this was also explored in 5.04 The End , when Lucifer made the statement, "Earth is God's great handy work." His true powers and his true origin still remain unknown and unclear. According to Raphael God is dead, however according to Cass God remains alive.
In 4.01 Lazarus Rising, it was reveled to Dean that it was God who gave the order to his angels to find Dean Winchester and raise him from Hell. Castiel was the one who ultimately saved Dean and raised him from perdition.
The Christian God was first referenced directly in 2.13 Houses of the Holy. As the boys investigate a series of murders where people say they were directed to kill by an angel, a messenger of God, we learn that Sam prays on a regular basis. When Dean witnesses a man who attacked a woman killed in a freak accident, he wonders whether he had seen 'the hand of God' at work.
In 5.16 Dark Side of the Moon It is revealed by the angel Joshua that God saved Dean and Sam from Lucifer by transporting them onto a plane. Joshua also revealed that God is on Earth and would not help them stop the Apocalypse
