In 4.13 After School Special, the ghost of bully turned bullied boy Dirk McGregor possess the bullied and kills their bullies. After which they remember what happened but report the inability to control their actions.
In 7.22 There Will Be Blood and 7.23 Survival of the Fittest, Bobby Singer posseses a maid named Louise to get revenge on Dick Roman after turning into a Vengeful Spirit, but lets her go once he realizes what he's become and regains control of himself.
