GLAAD Awards
The GLAAD Media Awards are awarded by the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) to "recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community and the issues that affect their lives."
2009. Supernatural is nominated for OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL EPISODE (in a series without a regular LGBT character) for 3.13 Ghostfacers for the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) Media Awards. It lost out to an episode of The New Adventures of Old Christine. See nominees reel here
2010. Supernatural is nominated for OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL EPISODE (in a series without a regular LGBT character) for 5.09 The Real Ghostbusters for the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) Media Awards. It lost out to an episode of Parks and Recreation.
