1.01 Pilot
Dean and Sam have a reunion brawl at 6:50. Sam stomps on Dean's foot at 20:33 for making a smart ass comment to the police. Dean smacks Sam in the head at 20:46 for stomping on his foot. Dean pushes Sam up against the bridge at 25:12 when Sam states that, "Even if we do find the thing that killed her, Mom's gone. And she isn't coming back."
1.06 Skin
Shapeshifter Dean hits Sam with a tire iron at 22:59 because Sam figures out that the shapeshifter is not Dean. Sam kicks shapeshifter Dean at 36:19 in an attempt to escape. Shapeshifter Dean and Sam fight beginning at 36:25.
1.10 Asylum
Possessed Sam shoots Dean at 36:22. Dean kicks possessed Sam at 38:10 and punches him at 38:25 to subdue him.
1.20 Dead Man's Blood
Dean pushes Sam away from John at 19:22 in order to stop the argument between Sam and John.
1.21 Salvation
Sam pushes Dean up against the wall at 38:34 when Dean says Mary and Jess are dead and they aren't coming back.

2.03 Bloodlust
Dean punches Sam at 28:06 for bringing up John.
2.14 Born Under a Bad Sign
Possessed by Meg, Sam pistol whips Dean at 16:38. Dean burns possessed Sam with holy water at 26:00. Possessed Sam shoots Dean at 28:42. Dean slaps possessed Sam at 33:55. Dean burns Possessed Sam with holy water at 34:34. Possessed Sam throws Dean against the wall at 36:27. Possessed Sam punches Dean at 36:40, 36:47, 36:52, 36:59, 37:11. Possessed Sam digs into Dean's bullet wound at 37:16 Dean punches Sam at 38:29 as punishment for possessed Sam's crimes.
2.15 Tall Tales
Dean and Sam wrestle on the bed for Sam's money clip at 26:35.
2.19 Folsom Prison Blues
Sam and Dean push each other in a fake fight in prison at 30:23.
2.20 What Is and What Should Never Be
Dean knocks Wishverse Sam down at 25:24 much like he does in the reunion brawl in 1.01 Pilot.

3.09 Malleus Maleficarum
Sam and Dean fight over the Colt when Dean tries to shoot Ruby at 19:36.
3.11 Mystery Spot
The boys fight over the ax, off screen, and Dean dies, off screen, at 18:23.
3.12 Jus in Bello
Dean hits Sam for grabbing Nancy, the secretary, until he realizes Sam snaked her rosary at 16:14.

4.04 Metamorphosis
Dean punches Sam at 5:20 and 5:28 for lying to him about Ruby and his powers.
4.06 Yellow Fever
In a fear induced state, Dean believes that Sam chokes him at 30:05.
4.14 Sex and Violence
Under the influence of the siren, Dean holds a knife to Sam's throat at 34:43, and then beginning at 37:47, the boys brawl for the siren's affections.
4.21 When the Levee Breaks
Sam pushes Dean away from Ruby at 36:57 to stop him from killing her. Sam punches Dean at 40:05, and then the boys fight beginning at 40:22. Sam chokes Dean at 40:59.
Season 5
5.02 Good God, Y'All
Sam pushes Dean as they argue at 18:53.
5.04 The End
Future Lucifer Sam snaps Future Dean's neck at 32:22.
5.12 Swap Meat
Dean punches Gary/Sam at 29:54 because he knows he is not Sam.
5.18 Point of No Return
When Dean decides he wants to agree to be Michael's vessel, Castiel beats Dean up in an alley. He is angry that Dean would be willing to surrender to the angels after he has rebelled for Dean.
5.19 Hammer of the Gods
Sam pulls Dean back against the wall to stop Dean from a futile attempt to help a victim of the gods at 19:20.
5.20 The Devil You Know
Dean pushes Sam to stop Sam from going after Brady at 24:17.
5.22 Swan Song
Lucifer Sam throws Dean onto the hood of the Impala at 31:13, and then Lucifer Sam begins punching Dean at 31:35.

6.03 The Third Man
Soulless Sam grabs Dean and Dean pulls away when Dean attempts to stop Castiel from checking the soul of Aaron Birch at 23:36.
6.06 You Can't Handle the Truth
Dean punches Soulless Sam multiple times beginning at 39:31.
6.11 Appointment in Samarra
Dean punch Soulless Sam at 34:46 to stop him from killing Bobby.
6.16 ...And Then There Were None
Sam pulls Dean back before he can trip the booby trap at 21:59.
Season 7
7.03 The Girl Next Door
Dean punches Sam for disappearing and taking the Impala at 31:57.
7.06 Slash Fiction
Dean shoots Leviathan!Sam at 31:23, and Leviathan!Sam throws Dean against a glass case at 31:26. Dean chops off Leviathan!Sam's head at 32:24. Dean throws borax on Leviathan!Dean and then chops his head off at 33:18.
Season 8
8.06 Southern Comfort
Possessed by the spectre of Vance Collins Dean holds a gun on Sam, Sam punches possessed Dean and begins the fight at 34:49.
8.20 Pac-Man Fever
Sam punches Dean, twice, at 29:27 and 29:33 in order for Dean to fall asleep so he can dreamwalk with Charlie.
Season 9
9.01 I Think I'm Gonna Like It Here
Dean, in Sam's subconscious, punches Sam in an effort to make Sam fight for his life at 26:13 and then he pushes him at 26:16 and hits him again. Dean punches Sam a 3rd time at 26:19.
9.09 Holy Terror
Gadreel while in control of Sam punches Dean at 38:44, and then later throws him against a wall at 39:23.
9.10 Road Trip
Gadreel, while in control of Sam, throws Dean across the room at 21:18.
9.23 Do You Believe in Miracles?
Dean knocks out Sam in an effort to protect him by keeping him out of the fight with Metatron, at 23:36.
Season 10
10.02 Reichenbach
Sam burns Demon Dean with holy water and then puts demonic handcuffs on him starting at 37:33.
10.03 Soul Survivor
Sam burns Demon Dean with holy water and then sticks him with the needle full of blood in an attempt to cure Dean at 3:17. Demon Dean attacks Sam with a hammer and Sam retaliates with a knife to Dean's throat at 35:21. Before the fight can go fatal either way, Castiel restrains Dean and Sam is able to finish the cure.
10.10 The Hunter Games
At 34:03, Sam pulls Dean away from Metatron and then physically restrains him.
10.22 The Prisoner
After Dean has killed the remaining members of the Styne family who have broken into the Bunker, Castiel tries to stop Dean from leaving. He tells Dean that he can't fight the Mark forever, and he needs to let Cas and Sam try and cure him. Dean punches Castiel and beats him mercilessly, until he is bleeding and semi-conscious on the floor. Dean pulls Castiel's angel blade from his coat, and prepares to stab him with it. Castiel looks up and pleads with him. After a pause, Dean stabs a book next to Castiel's head, then turns and walks out of the room, with a warning for Sam and Castiel to stay away from him, because next time he wouldn't miss.
10.23 Brother's Keeper
Death orders Dean to kill Sam in exchange for Death transporting him somewhere far away where he won't be a threat with the Mark of Cain. After Dean fails to convince Sam, Sam starts a fight at 30:37, but with the Mark of Cain, Dean is the stronger and easily wins. Sam gives up and agrees to die to save the world, but when he reminds Dean of his goodness and love for his family, Dean instead kills Death with own scythe.
Season 11
11.16 Safe House
At 33:06, Dean, while possessed by the Soul Eater, attacks Sam and a fight ensues. It ends with Sam hitting Dean with a chair.
Season 13
13.12 Various & Sundry Villains
When Sam attempts to stop Dean from leaving the Bunker, Dean knocks him out with a punch at 11:50. Later when Sam comes to, and tracks Dean down, he attempts to stop him from handing over the Black Grimoire only for him and Dean to start wrestling each other at 12:43. As Dean puts Sam in a choke hold, he begins to tap out. Before he loses consciousness, they are broken apart by Rowena.
13.16 ScoobyNatural
When Sam and Dean are sucked into the cartoon world, Sam thinks this is a dream, and Dean slaps him at 4.49, leaving a handprint.
Season 14
14.12 Prophet and Loss
Enraged by Dean's suicidal plan with the Ma'lak Box, Sam attacks him before unexpectedly turning the fight into a hug.
