Wank refers to any online fandom related arguement which escalates from a small disagreement to a full blown online war, especially characterised by hyperbole, self-righteousness and a total lack of humour.

Fandom Wank is an online community dedicated to the mocking of over-seriousness, ridiculousness, and general stupidity within the various media fandoms.
