And then will come Famine riding on a black steed. He will ride into the land of plenty. And great will be the Horseman's hunger for he is hunger. His hunger will seep out and poison the air.
History
Famine's Cadillac Escalade represents his black horse. While Lucifer sent his demons to care for Famine, they drive him around town.
The demons drive two black Escalades to the diner. The vehicle Famine boarded has Kansas license plate CSG 8R3 while the following vehicle that carries his wheelchair has Kansas license plate EJS 7R2.

- The Escalade's licence plates CSG 8R3 were previously used on John's Truck in Season 1.
